How long does it take to process an order?
Please allow 3-4 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible. Your understanding that we are a team of humans, working with human hands and human brains, is greatly appreciated! We aren't perfect.
Shipping
KIMBA ships domestically within Australia and now internationally to New Zealand and the United States! Shipping times depend on your location, please allow 5-8 business days for your order to arrive.
We offer flat rate domestic shipping and FREE shipping within Australia for orders over $150. Flate rate international shipping is offered for our customers from New Zealand and the US.
We maintain our sustainable values with our shipping packaging, KIMBA uses compostable mailing packets! Please keep in mind, remove postage labels before putting packaging into your green waste bin.
KIMBA does not offer refunds for change of mind.
However, we do offer refunds, repairs or replacements in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
KIMBA offers exchanges on items that are:
Incorrect fit
Damaged or faulty
Damaged during delivery
If you need to return a product please contact us within 30 days of delivery to organise a return, repair or replacement. To be eligible you must provide proof of purchase.
Sometimes things don't go to plan. Rest assured we will ensure a fast resolution which can include product replacements, store credits and refunds. If you have any product issues whatsoever, please contact us for further instructions. Generally, we will request photos or a video of any issues to help provide the fastest resolution.
We aim to process any returns within 3-4 days.
